This book, you guys. Ugh. What can I say besides: A. Thank dog I’m done with this book and B. I do not intend to read another JCO’s book again. Ever.

I’m obviously not deep enough or broken enough or whatever it is that it takes to enjoy her stuff. I just felt like (and maybe it’s just this book) I read some really f’d up V.C. Andrews meets Kafka in an “Saw” movie filter.

I’m just done, sorry not sorry.

It is with great relief and optimism that I start Kate Atkinson’s “Life After Life” next.
